I am a snowbird and bought my Florida home from Edie while still in NY. I worked with her by phone and email throughout the process and she always kept me informed and made the process very easy for me. I am now in the beginning stages of looking for a larger home here in Venice and of course contacted Edie to help me. She is providing me listings that are specific to my desired locations, home size, etc. Edie is very knowledgeable about the real estate business in this area and a pleasure to work with!

Wow! Working with BJ Jones made our home purchase so stress free. BJ was friendly, prompt, informed and professional. While in the midst of a pandemic, he was able to show us properties, the water ways, and surrounding area of Port Charlotte via video chat. BJ Jones stayed in contact via email, phone and video chat throughout the selection, purchase, and closing of our lovely waterfront home. It was a pleasure working with Carol and her assistant Dorsey. Carol represented both sides of our transaction as the listing agent and represented my family as the buyer's agent. She did a wonderful and professional job in fairly representing both parties. I have my broker's license in Ohio and very much appreciated how Carol managed her responsibilities to both the Buyer and Seller and would certainly be comfortable with her doing so in future transactions. We likely would not have moved to Siesta Key if not for Jennifer's knowledge of the area and her patience during the six month search for our new home. After we found our new home, she professionally navigated us through all of the questions and concerns we had during the pre-closing period; no easy task considering it all unfolded during the height of the COVID 19 pandemic. After closing, we were unable to travel and Jennifer took it upon herself to watch over our new home until we were able to take possession. We now consider her our friend as well as our real estate professional. She is the best !

Tori is the best realtor you could ever have. We needed to sell a home I was left as part of an estate. Tori came to the house and explained to us all she would do, and could do, to sell the home. She brought us information on the area, other homes, the best way to go about selling, etc. She even discovered that someone was trying to scam us by offering our house for rent! She then got that stopped or we would have never known. She was so thorough and we got the house sold much faster, and at a better price, than I would have ever imagined. I give the credit for this to Tori alone. Even after we were finished with the sale, Tori knew the house meant a lot to me as it belonged to a dear Aunt of mine. She gave me a beautiful drawing of the home, that she had made on her own, just to be thoughtful and considerate, knowing how much it meant to me. I could not rate a realtor higher than Tori. Don't look any further, just give her a call and she will give you the best service you could ever hope to have from a realtor. She has our highest recommendation for anyone trying to sell, or buy, a home.

Though it took three contracts and a new roof to finally sell our house, Christiana remained positive and flexible in the changing market throughout the entire process. Tina is amazing and a true Lakewood Ranch expert. She showed us all sorts of options in our budget, in different neighborhoods, and walked us through the pros and cons of everything we looked at. We ended up going with new construction and she was by our side from start to finish (which we needed). Being relatively new to the area and building our first home, Tina’s insights were invaluable. We turned to Tina after 2 prior agents had failed to sell our Lakewood Ranch home in the past few years. We knew she was a top-selling agent who handled a lot of high-end properties, and didn't think she'd be interested in, or a good fit for, our modest one. But we interviewed her anyway, at the insistence of a mutual friend who knew her well. Tina "got" our house - the features that had led us to buy it years before - the second she walked in the front door, something the other agents we interviewed did not. Adding to that her friendly, enthusiastic personality and comprehensive presentation, we came away convinced she was right for our house. Two things that we believe made a big difference to buyers were the extensive but cost-effective staging she arranged, and truly exceptional photography of our home. We had at least 2 or 3 showings every day for 2 weeks - once 6 in a single day! - even though she listed the house at a price point higher than the other agents had recommended. We had a contract in 2 weeks, a backup contract soon after, and even a 2nd backup contract a month later. The buyer did not make the closing process an easy one, but Tina worked her contacts to develop insights into the situation that would otherwise have gone unnoticed, and these helped get the deal to the finish line. We've bought and sold homes in 4 states over the years, and can say without reservation that Tina is the best agent we've ever worked with.
