Sica provided us with her professional expertise on two different occasions: First, she has done an excellent job in marketing our home and was able to find us a buyer who was willing to pay the asking price $1.8M for our property. Second, we bought our new home using Sica as our realtor, and because of her diligent effort, her loyalty, and integrity we negotiated a great price and closing terms. Even after the closing Sica did a very good job to follow up and to keep in touch which we are very thankful for.

Tori is an excellent agent. We were in the market to down size. Put our home on the market and found a new home before selling our existing home. With all the details Tori handled it all. She was there for any questions or concerns we had. Plus our previous home sold in less than 3 months!!! Tori is a gem!

We accepted Mary Jo’s invitation to help us locate homes in the area . She was very gracious and very knowledgeable of the homes and neighborhoods . She showed us numerous properties and also tolerated our constantly changing preferences for what we thought we wanted in a home.
