We really didn't have an area in Sarasota County pinned down and Kathy graciously and patiently showed us properties from Bradenton to Venice. I worked with Harvey Long on both lots, both buying and selling. Harvey was great to work with, keeping me posted all the time on what action was going on. I sold real estate part-time for around 12 years and worked with very good salespeople. I would say Harvey Long is one of the best agents I've worked with. Harvey is a super asset to your company. If we ever decide to buy more, I will call on Harvey and your company.

Cindi Ernst and Cathy Walker in the title group were outstanding as well. Cindi caught errors that Chase missed and frankly was far more reassuring than my mortgage lender. Cindi was also very informative about important actions to take following closing.

We cannot say enough good things about Paul Oakes. We would recommend him to any buyer or seller for their real estate transaction. Our first meeting with Paul was like reacquainting with an old friend. He was very warm and engaging and immediately put both of us at ease. Our day was planned and mapped out, complete with printouts. We also truly appreciate Paul going the extra mile to answer questions and seek information on our behalf as well as his willingness to be available at all hours and during the week as well as weekends. In summary, Paul was the consummate professional as our realtor, worked hard on our behalf, and was a pleasure to work with, but more importantly, we now think of him as a neighbor and friend.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know that I hired Pam Goodwin and her partner Fran DeDona and was very pleased with the service I received. Your firm was recommended to me by a paralegal who lives in our complex. She told me to list it with Kathy Valenti and she will sell it so fast your head will spin! Her and Gregory Zies did just that! Both members of their team were in constant communication with me and had numerous showings until the unit sold. I recently bought a beautiful condo in the Cape Haze area. And thanks to John Harms the entire process went very smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and familiar with what was available in the area. He showed several condos and was very patient in answering my many questions. During the contract phase he was very attentive to detail and was an advocate for me.
