My experience in dealing with the real estate agent Grace Bergeron has been phenomenal! Grace has guided me through the purchase of two homes and the sale of one. She has always provided me with invaluable advice regarding prices to offer or ask for the properties I want to purchase or sell. Recently, she provided me with recommendations to enhance the appearance of the inside of my home which resulted in my receiving an accepted offer one week after placing the home on the market. During the past twenty years I've bought and sold many properties across Florida through various agencies, and Grace is by far the most proficient and easiest to work with. I can't say enough good things about Grace's experience and professionalism.

Ann and Pam covered all the paperwork, held an Open House, and got three offers, two above list. They had my home sold, above list, in three days. I’ve moved a number of times. I have never experienced a more effective, understanding and guiding two people in what is normally a very stressful time for a seller. And, already delivering above expectations, they have subsequently made a donation to your MSC Foundation in my name. Even above that, they checked in on me as I went through some family stress. It’s difficult to say enough good things when a stranger becomes a friend. When your company uses superlatives in its marketing materials, I can agree. You hire exceptional people and that makes you exceptional too.

At the beginning of this year we utilized Michael Saunders and Company to purchase a home in Bradenton. Michael Harbony was our agent and we can’t say enough about him and the great experience that he provided for us. We are from out of state which was a little worrisome, but things went as smooth as silk. Mr. Harbony was a pleasure to work with, constantly advocating for us and keeping us updated and informed. He was always available and a wealth of knowledge. If we ever purchase another home in the area we would absolutely call upon Mr. Harbony again.
