WOW!!! Just WOW!!! The past two months have been a challenging whirlwind but Erin was amazing through the entire process. We had inspection delays, bank delays and then, of course, had to change from in person to remote closing in the last few days but she did everything she could to keep us all on track and make our Florida canal home a reality. We are still here in Wisconsin, but the closing went smoothly last week and we can't wait to get down there to see her and to thank her in person ... and spend time at the new to us house!

I have listed a few houses in Sarasota with Gigi over the course of the past two years. I needed a reliable agent able to manage all the aspects of a sale since I am traveling overseas most of the time. She proved to be consistent always adopting a problem solving approach. She dealt for instance with inspections and managed repairs while I was away, very rapidly and cost consciously. In a nutshell, very professional, humble and always positive.

I have to give kudos to my friends for this recommendation as they did not overstate Reatha's ability and knowledge in the complicated world of real estate. We are forever grateful to Reatha for her knowledge in the market of our search, her exhaustive search that found us the right home and her relentless attention to detail in the process of the purchase. Her navigating us through “yes this is the one", to placing an offer, re-negotiating and to final contract was invaluable to us.
