My sibs and I reached a joint decision to sell our parents' home in The Meadows. How the sale was handled was really important to us and we wanted to feel comfortable with the real estate agent. Maruta is an extremely competent agent who anticipates and quickly and effectively handles any problem. Dawn Durell is a ROCK STAR, she is kind, thoughtful and professional. She was extremely respectful with regards to this being my mothers home and did not rush or pressure to list our property. Jennifer is one of the hardest working people I have met. My husband and I live in PA, and Jennifer quickly responded to all calls/emails and helped us purchase the perfect condo (sight unseen) within 4 days of the property being listed. She also provided a list of inspectors, attorneys, contractors and other service providers all of whom were top-notch.
