Beth Ann Boyer has been our representative through three recent transactions in Lakewood Ranch: two purchases and a sale (listing, marketing and closing). Throughout all of it she has been a wonderfully professional helpmate and friend. Although our recent house listing was prolonged, (through no fault of Beth Ann or Michael Saunders), they came through with plenty of marketing and sales effort and got the job done. In addition to Michael Saunders' fabulous marketing program, Beth Ann included an extraordinary number of open houses, an extra agent caravan or two, lots of intra- and inter-agency networking, plus she worked extremely hard until the final closing to make sure that every last detail was attended to in a very professional manner. Her connections with competent handy people, painters, decorators, and the like have always been very useful to us. We are extremely satisfied with Beth Ann Boyer's and Michael Saunders' services, and we consider Beth Ann a friend who we will ask to help us again with any future real estate needs we may have.

5 stars all around!! I looked at 60 houses over the past four years. I've had three Realtors. She was equivalent of taking a mechanic car shopping. She gives honest opinions and does so much research of the area. I had many questions, everything was answered in a way I could understand. She instilled confidence in my choice and purchase. I counldn't be happier!
