It was truly a pleasure working with Jennifer to find a vacation house in Sarasota. As soon as we met Jennifer, I knew we met the perfect person to assist us with our needs. Based off the information we provided to Jennifer, she narrowed our searches down to exactly what we wanted, even when we weren’t sure. Jennifer asked the right questions, was very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. Jennifer really looked out for our best interest and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied, to the point of ecstatic. Jennifer could perceive if we had doubts about a property, and she would give more detail about the specific situation to ease our concerns. She assisted in all aspects of the home buying process, from paperwork needed, inspections to be done, follow up on outstanding items, to who to contact for utilities, etc. Jennifer made the negotiating effortless and took all the angst out of process. Even the network of business contacts/contractors she referred to us were amazing; I was skeptical and then pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and expertise of each one. HE PUT A LOT OF EFFORT IN SELLING OUR PROPERTY. HE AND HIS STAFF MADE THEM SELVES AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS. SCOTT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ARRIVING AT A SALE PRICE THAT WAS MORE IN LINE AND APPEALING TO THE PUBLIC.

Barbara Millan es la mejor Realtor que hemos podido encontrar , aparte de ser bilingüe (Ingles y español) , es una profesional en toda la extension de la palabra, mas seguros no pudimos estar de la compra de la propiedad que realizamos, , la investigación que realizo del predio fue exhaustiva y completa, y para el cierre de la operación, no tienen de que preocuparse, ella les hará entrega de cada detalle del predio, debidamente presentado. We were extremely happy with the service provided to us by Malihe Karimi in the purchase of our “weekend getaway”. We didn’t expect to buy so quickly but she showed us the perfect condo. As first time buyers, Carolyn made the process easy and worry-free. At no time did my wife and I have to worry about any part because Carolyn was there every step of the way, making sure all the paperwork was in order, talking to the sellers’ realtor to make sure there was nothing holding up the process.
