When we needed a realtor we asked neighbor friends who had moved locally. They told us that selling their house with Toma and Rebecca was the easiest transaction they had ever had. Our circumstances were different. We were now out of state, had left out of medical need and had left quickly. We met them and after that meeting, felt the first weight of the house shifting off our shoulders. They are a tremendous team, able to handle as little or as much as they needed to do to get our lost dream into someone else’s safe hands. They were flexible to our needs, meticulous about keeping records, and finding and informing us of repair options in order to get the best price for our home. They worked as if it was their future on the line, rather than ours. The sale went through smoothly and quickly, thanks to them.

Jim was recommended to us by our friends in the condo association where our unit was located. He responded immediately after we contacted him and went right to work. He held an open house within a week after us signing with him...then the virus hit, but that didn’t slow him down. We had three live prospects within the first two weeks, but none of them made an offer as they indicated in their video open house because of the pandemic! Jim then switched gears and went on Zillow, Facebook and live streaming and that was the trick that produced our sale within thirty days from Zillow. All this during the worst scenario of selling our home afterwards handling all the bumps in the road right through the closing. Great job !!!
