Pam was absolutely wonderful! We wanted to look at condos as a potential place to move when we sell our house in Bradenton. She really took the time to listen to what we had in mind, and she showed us hidden gems we didn't even know existed. She didn't waste our time. It's a real benefit that she knows the area so well! Kristen was a lifesaver for us helping us through every step of thevprocess. She helped us be realistic about the best asking price and did a very professional job to showcase our home in the listing. Our broker recommended Michael Hays as being the right person to sell my Mothers house after she passed on. I could not be happier. He made what could have been a difficult situation very easy. He was always on top of where we were with the transaction and every time we asked for his advice he was dead on. The bottom line is that we received a full price offer and closed the transaction less than 45 days from the date we first met Michael. What a great experience.

Kathy is a terrific real estate agent! We selected her based on the reviews on this site and weren’t disappointed. She helped us find property in a planned community in a Palmer Ranch. We were looking for new construction and since Kathy had herself recently gone through the process of having her own home built, she had lots of helpful advice during the selection process. And she was really knowledgeable about the area. After we purchased the lot, she kept tabs on the building process for us since we lived out of state and sent us pictures. We highly recommend Kathy!

If you are looking for a great reliable realtor in Sarasota/Siesta Key area - Jennifer is probably one of the best, if not the best one here. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and hardworking agent. She’s also a great person to go with together on a house purchasing journey - she’s an attentive listener, very patient and always has a helpful advice. Our house buying took over 6 months, due to delays on our side but Jennifer was still very patient and friendly. We moved to Siesta Key internationally and Jennifer provided us with tons of advice and recommendations which were really helpful for us to settle in. Kathy has been the best realtor we have ever worked with. We cannot say enough good things about her.
