My husband is in the Coast Guard and because of this, we had to find a home quickly and from out of state. Jim cleared his schedule and devoted several days to help us find the perfect home while I was in town. Furthermore, we were first time home buyers and Jim explained everything to us in a way we understood. He always took the time to help and never made us feel like we were a bother to him. Jim was always professional but also friendly and trustworthy and made me feel comfortable in our decision. Additionally, Jim advocated for us with the sellers/sellers agent. Anja Deichmann, the Agent I worked with, was AAA+++ in every regard. A pleasure to work with, responsible and timely throughout the entire process. She fully understood my needs, and most important she was totally honest, and I consider her a friend in Florida following the closing. There was one very minor issue identified during the inspection that was not corrected prior to closing and Anja offered to have it fixed at her expense after the closing. Unfortunately, her experienced plumber was unable to correct the problem saying it would require very extensive repairs behind the bathroom wall and I decided I can live with a very minor dripping faucet.For sure, if I ever have real estate needs in the Sarasota area I would use Anja and I would highly recommend her to others.

We never considered anyone else after the first time we met her. We knew it was a good fit because she listened very well to what we said we were looking for. We appreciated her honest thoughts about houses we saw and knew she was advocating for us. She was genuinely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Her communications were timely and clear. We were very blessed to have Tony Boothby help us find a property in Sarasota. He sent us info on a number of homes and condos. We narrowed our selection and he spent a significant amount of time showing the properties. He walked us through the 1031 tax exchange and negotiated the sale. Neil Collison was our agent. He did an excellent job. Once the house was listed, he quickly scheduled "open houses" and was always available for "showings". Neil was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He offered good advice and was not "pushy". He kept us informed and updated as quickly as situations developed. Neil returned calls promptly and always made himself available when needed. Our home sold within 3 weeks. We were thrilled that the house sold so quickly and was happy with the sale price. The entire experience was a positive one.

We have moved many times all over Florida and also in other states. We have never worked with an agent as professional, knowledgeable, and personable as Ray.He is smart and was very conscious of protecting our investment. We ended up buying a unit that we had never seen in person. Ray had taken us on a total FaceTime tour, pointing out everything from the overall plan to the dates on the inspections of the water heater and air conditioner! What a guy!
