I wanted to thank Linda so much for her help in getting us our new home! If anyone is looking for a reliable realtor, look no further! She was always available to show us properties and when I found one that I really liked, she took me there right away! Her negotiations won us the house when there were multiple offers too! Linda also referred me to a great team of people that worked together to make our closing easy and seamless and in less than a month!!! The whole process was so easy using online signatures too! Our experience working with Kristen to find a condo in the Venice area was a delight. Kristen took the time to fully understand our needs and timeframe. Her knowledge of the Venice area and Sarasota County was enormously helpful as was her thoughtful advice related to structural considerations. Kristen was particularly effective in coordinating with the sellers’ agent and our mortgage company to meet an ambitious closing date. In addition to being highly organized and professional, Kristin’s warm and caring personality made the time we spent with her a pleasure. Tina did a fantastic job selling my house after taking over a listing that had been on the market for a long time. With Tina, we had the first offer within a couple weeks and a back up offer. Kristian Waskom was our agent. She was exceptional from our first contact; she was professional and extremely knowledgeable about properties at Crystal Sands. She marketed the property in such a way that we were aware of comparable units and was willing to go the extra mile for us as we were not in the area. I would highly recommend Kristina to anyone interested in buying or selling a property on the Key. She's easy to work with and has a pleasant demeanor in what could be a stressful situation.

We wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed working with Kathy, she did an amazing job with the marketing and selling of our home at 581 Birdie Lane! She priced it and sold it for more than we thought was ever possible. She was very good at communicating with us at every stage of the process and aggressive at making sure that we did everything that we needed to do as sellers. She was great at pushing everything along but in a good positive way. She had a contract in just a few days at full price and with a cash backup offer!
