Pete, you know that II think that you're the best, so no, I can't think of anything that you could improve on. You're not only great at what you do, but you're very personable and are very knowledgeable. You were always there to answer any questions, I never had any problems reaching you, etc. I really appreciate everything that you did for me. I feel very fortunate for having met you at that open house.

Brilliance. Motivation. Determination. Focus. These are just a few adjectives I would use in describing Malihe. Last year, I tried to sell my home at a lower price point. It didn’t sell. I wanted to move back home to be with my family. So, this year I tried again. I assumed it wouldn’t sell again but a miracle came along. It was Malihe. When I felt negative, Malihe was positive. She helped stage my home and made it look like a home out of Architectural Digest. She showed all possible buyers the amenities, the beach, the clubhouse, etc. She was extremely motivated and was in touch with me all the time. She recommended experienced help to update my unit. She was determined to sell it. Even when I was exhausted and too tired to cook, Malihe brought me food. She went above and beyond. She anticipated all my concerns about the move, too numerous to name. Her focus never waned. She made me see a possibility in: re to selling it when I saw none. Then, it sold. An impossibility into a possibility, in a matter of about seven weeks. What was the difference from my first attempt to sell, and the second situation where it sold? The difference was Malihe. We are 12 year residents of the villages. We first met Audrey Sullivan in 2003 when we started think of of retirement and possibly moving from Baltimore to the villages. Although we were not ready to purchase a home Audrey spent much time with us not only showing homes but also explained all of our questions regarding the villages process. Finally in 2005 we purchased the perfect home on the perfect lot in the perfect location. We were only able to accomplish this because we were still in Baltimore and Audrey was proactive on our behalf. In 2017 we decided to downsize and move to a new section of the villages. Kevin Sullivan took over as our agent. Kevin’s experience really helped us stage our home getting it ready to sell and at the same time showing us homes that would fit our needs. We were able to sell our house within three weeks and I credit Kevin for all the work he did not only getting a fair price for our home but found our “replacement “ home. The moving process...buying and selling could be hectic but Kevin made the process seamless. Audrey and Kevin are not only unbelievably professional in what they do but their personal interaction is unmatched. Our loss is your gain.

We were impressed with our first meeting with Stuart Lawrence and his team. They were very professional and caring. The pictures that were taken of our home were excellent. They made every showing and the numerous open houses easy and convenient for us. The sale of our home worked out perfectly. Since everything worked out so well with the sale of our home we decided to also use the team for our purchase. They knew what we were looking for and they led us to our new home with ease. Any question we had was instantly answered. Stuart is a wonderful negotiator and helped us find the perfect home at a fair price. We could not have been happier. We would 100% recommend.

I now personally understand the 'magic touch' that Michael Saunders & Company brings to real estate transactions. Before our home went public, our broker, Elizabeth Van Riper, organized a Michael Saunders in-house showing which resulted in 3 offers and a bidding war soon after. Guided by her expertise, we were able to go to contract quickly and navigate the various aspects that arose before closing. With Elizabeth's business savvy and creative input, our home was prepared so that it was buyer-ready. This included having an inspection done immediately to determine if there were any issues to be addressed before showing the property. While we already knew the house was in excellent condition, we're sure that having a flying-colors inspection to present to prospective buyers encouraged the buyers to bid quickly and enthusiastically. Elizabeth also suggested that we use a stager, which really helped buyers see the home's beauty and imagine themselves enjoying it. Elizabeth's many other ideas about how to present the home, even extended to the garden and how to best showcase our lake view. Her design sense is impeccable and we followed her advice to the letter. Besides her impressive professional and creative abilities, Elizabeth is a caring and lovely person. Selling a home is always riddled with emotions and difficulties, and Elizabeth's sweet and capable nature was a pleasure to rely upon.
