Our relationship with Christine began with an online search on a property. We’d had some questions and she responded quickly with detail to the questions we had, etc. One particular property we had a special interest in, she even went and took a video for us. Detailing what one couldn’t really see in the online pictures. After several months or more we decided we wanted to look in the downtown Ft. Myers area. We e-mailed and asked her if she could help us in that area and she replied, ‘certainly’. So we finally got to meet Christine. She arranged for a whirlwind few days to view numerous properties. She was very patient, kind, and helpful to us. After much thought and deliberation on our part to make a decision on a particular property; she was there to assist in guiding us through the process. Christine’s attention to detail and help was very much appreciated. You have one fine, dedicated employee.

Susan Zivkovic Katanic was an extremely professional, helpful, and sweet person. My husband and I are talking about retiring in Sarasota and when we do we will definitely be calling Susan to help us find a new home. You will be hearing from us again in about a year.

Ms. Tanya Harrington assisted us as we looked for a new house. At every step of the process, she was a tremendous help. We started looking in April 2019 and didn’t buy until November 2019, being away from Florida for the summer months. Tanya kept in touch with us, located and showed us more than 20 prospective houses to buy, helped refine our search criteria, and guided us through the purchase. We chose to work with Kelly Quigley as she was recommended as being very knowledgeable about the area in the Southside and Phillipi Shores School Districts. (We were moving from St Louis, Missouri and have 2 small children). To say Kelly did an excellent job, would be an understatement! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. I probably called, emailed, texted her multiple times a day and she was always so helpful. We’ve bought and sold several homes before and she was by far the most professional realtor we’ve ever worked with! Diana came highly recommended to us by some friends and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We were moving long distance from Kentucky to Sarasota and Diana continued to send us houses, show us them from videos as well as take us to several once we moved to our rental. Tina is one of the most professional and knowledgeable agents with whom we have ever worked. She presented us with many potential properties, all within the parameters we had given to her.
