I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that Kathy was very professional and did her usual good job in securing a buyer of my former home at 7931 Lorraine Road, Sarasota, FL 34241. It was a very tough sell as the house only appealed to very few buyers, not only because of its large home and land size but also because there are not many people needing a barn for large animals, not to mention the upkeep that goes along with this property. Diana was amazing! She was diligent in taking the time to find us the best house that fit all of our needs. She’s very knowledgeable about the Sarasota area which helped us so much since we moved here from out of state. I can’t say enough good things about Diana!

Susan represented the seller as I was a buyer without a realtor. She was able to get the house sold to me at a fair price for both the buyer and seller. I found her to be responsive and tackled every issue that came up in a professional manor. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the years and would recommend Susan top anyone.

Susan is tenacious when it comes to getting a property sold! She takes the time to locate buyers who match the listed property, and she obtains all of the information needed to weed out those who are not serious about making a purchase.
