Pete, you know that II think that you're the best, so no I can't think of anything that you could improve on. You're not only great at what you do, but you're very personable and are very knowledgeable. You were always there to answer any questions, i never had any problems reaching you, etc. I really appreciate everything that you did for me. I feel very fortunate for having met you at that open house.

Toma and Rebecca were a delight to work with as my husband and I built our new home. We are first time home owners and there were multiple evenings where Toma spent endless time with us on the phone until we understood the ins and outs of buying a home. Rebecca was so patient and knowledgeable when it came to picking details such as tile, countertops, etc. And I'll never forget Toma crawling around on his hands and knees with blue tape for hours until every last paint defect was accounted for. I would not blink an eye in choosing to work with them again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We were fortunate enough to have contacted Rebecca Milbank as an agent to find us a house. Our first day out it became clear how organized and professional she was. Our second day out she took us to what is now our dream house. We had a contract two days after that visit. Having to return to Ohio to sell our house she became our go-to person for anything that came up. She was more than easy to contact as most times she simply answered my calls. If not, she returned them quickly, and always came through with an answer or solution. Truly a remarkable person and agent. I could go on and on but I will just say that we are as happy with her as we are with our new home. One of a kind.

I am more than happy to recommend the Milbank Team. They were brilliant throughout our whole buying process. Originating from the U.K., the buying process is a little different here, and they went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything along the way. Without being pushy or salesy. I also have to add that their knowledge of the area and the schools is second to none! They really did more than they had to, to support and guide us not only up until the sale but afterward as well, with lending us tools and helping with things around the house. We’d definitely use them again in the future.

We first met Katie approximately ten years ago at your Plantations office when we were entertaining the idea of moving to Florida. We decided not to purchase a home at that time but were very impressed with the high level of service we received from Katie. So, when we decided to purchase a home in Florida this year, we went directly back to Katie and are very glad that we did. Katie is an outstanding professional. We sold our home in Ohio very quickly and were under a time crunch to purchase a home here in Venice. We contacted Katie, and she immediately made herself available to us to help us find a new home. We looked at approximately twenty homes in four days and were able to find a home that we absolutely love due to Katie’s efforts. Katie knows the Venice market extremely well-but even more importantly, she is one of the best listeners we have ever encountered. Our idea concerning the best home for us changed several times within those four days and Katie was always able to adapt and show us what we were looking for. All the while, Katie did this with empathy, urgency and her wonderful wit and sense of humor.Once we decided on a home, Katie went above in beyond to introduce us to the Head of the Social Committee of our HOA and several other people who were going to be our neighbors. We felt very informed about the neighborhood and very comfortable with our choice of a home in Venetia due to Katie’s extra efforts.We are fortunate to have met and worked with Katie, and we have gone from being her customer to her friend. We would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a home in the Venice area.

Thanks for being you. Last night we opened that lovely bottle of bubbly you'd given us and were startled to find ourselves laughing for the sheer fun of it for the first time since coming here! Laura, you have a way of calming people down under difficult circumstances. It's a gift. Please know it's been much appreciated. Soon we'll be sitting in our new living room toasting you and Stuart and JJ. We're so looking forward to that. In the meantime, we're wishing you and Stuart a happy Thanksgiving and hoping there will soon be many, many others like us who'll enjoy the same experience we did finding a new home with you.
