Marcia Salkin is great. She took us on to sell our condo at a time when the market was extremely slow. She helped us establish the right price to move our unit which was also a very fair price. Drawing on a long list of contacts she very aggressively showed our unit at least 30 times. The concierges where we lived said she was the most committed real estate agent they had ever seen. End of story, the unit sold in just a few months and we got our price. she has to be the best agent in the Sarasota, Longboat Key area. We love her and give her our highest endorsement and out gratitude for doing a great job.

Ray was very informative and patient with me as a first time home buyer. He spent time educating me on the various types of mortgages, resale/new construction options, closing costs, and ongoing taxes / fees. On several occasions Ray advocated on my behalf for to make sure I was treated fairly by the seller. Ray took the time to understand my lifestyle and preferences to find my family the perfect home!

Rob isn't a "salesman". He is a caring, concerned, ethical person who is in the real estate business. Together, we saw 20 places, invested emotionally together over one and were disappointed when it failed inspection. My husband, Peter and I were going through a heavy dose of "life's ups and down" with Rob's gentle guidance and knowledge we are now in our new home!
