When I decided to sell my house, the first person I thought of that would qualify for the job of Realtor was Kay Huddleston. I know her to be straight forward with all that has to be done to sell your house but also willing to help in any way she can. I have known Kay for over 6 years and she is respected by all the neighbors. The first step she did was deliver flyers to let the neighborhood know my house was for sale to then having a farewell/open house so people could say goodbye. I appreciated that gesture. I would strongly recommend Kay Huddleston as your Realtor.

Marybeth Flynn is impressive! Not only is she warm and friendly, she knows Sarasota like the back of her hand. She staged our home for sale and we could not be happier with the results – a quick sale of our house! She started her working career at the age of 9 in a garage polishing medical plexiglass racks, and worked her way up to be the President of the company. I have followed her progress for many years and have been more impressed every year. She likes people and animals, is kind and gentle, and has both feet on the ground.

Marybeth Flynn is a success story. I have known her for decades and have noticed she has always excelled in whatever position she has held. She has a multi-dimensional world view, perhaps, because of her living in France, and on the Florida coast, which comes through when she shows Real Estate. I was really impressed with her use of color, texture, and lighting when she staged our home prior to selling. Marybeth actually listens to folks and does a marvelous job in finding exactly what they want. She is honest to the point that she puts the buyer’s wants and needs before making a profit. She is smart, and she listens. Her word is her bond, and she is an excellent communicator. Living in Sarasota for a long time, she knows the house and condo market and willingly shares that knowledge.

Kay was extremely professional and helpful in selling our condo in Sarasota. We had an unusual situation where we had moved away before selling, and Kay helped every step of the way. In addition to holding open houses and working on getting buyer visits, she went above and beyond, and kept us informed and positive. We truly appreciated Kay's efforts, and would highly recommend her to anyone!
