With this being my 10th home purchase I have met some very good realtors but none nearly as impressive as Jennifer! I told her what I was looking for. She listened to my comments at each house viewing and after only two days she concluded that what I actually wanted was quite different than the parameters I had provided. In my last day in Sarasota, she asked me to look at two places that were very different locations & parameters than what I was seeking...I fell in love with the 2nd house and bought it! Jennifer doesn't simply sell real estate...she finds you a perfect match that transforms a house into your home!

My husband and I were first time home buyers. We had been looking at houses for a few month with two realtors located in different cities. We were interested in another house, but the realtor we were working with before Jennifer was just not professional and wasn’t really informative on any of the houses we were interested in. We received a call from Miss. Jennifer and she was extremely helpful! She was willing to work with us from coming out of town. The very first day we looked at houses she sold us out Beautiful remodeled home. The house was about 10xxx more then our approved loan and Jennifer was able to get the house in our price range! While we waited for the house to be remodeled and to move in Jennifer would send us pictures of the updates that had been done to our new home! If we were to ever buy another home we most definitely would go through Jennifer Thomas! Thank you for everything!

We can't say enough great things about Jim. We were first time home buyers and he was always available to answer questions and explained everything in a way that we understood. Additionally, we had a short time frame to look at houses as we were visiting from out of state. Jim devoted several days to showing us homes all over Tampa Bay. He was also extremely responsive and advocated for us throughout the process. Furthermore, Jim was even available for questions after we bought our home. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Jill was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and very patient. She is my go-to person with any questions. She found us a home we love in a community where we feel very welcome. So glad she was our realtor. Would highly recommend her.

Without Shelley's help I most likely would still be looking. Shelley knew the area and kept me informed on all properties that met my requirements. Additionally, Shelley has a great personality and a can-do positive attitude. I really appreciated her assistance finding my forever home.
