Over thirty years ago, Donald Geikie sold my late partner, Jack Perry, and me a small condo on Lido. He also sold us a home on St. Armands. Jack and I built a new home on the key which Donald and his partner Dana Westmark sold for us. We then built a ranch in East County which Lee Byron and Susan Keal sold for us. Every Michael Saunders & Company transaction was a positive experience.This past year I surfed Zillow just to see what homes might be within my rock bottom budget. I found an older condo I liked but was unable to qualify for financing using the Zillow app.On a whim, I reached out to Donald. I hesitated as I knew this sale was low-end and fraught with challenges. This made no difference to Donald. He was so kind to me, set me at ease and assumed control of this project. He included Dana who also could not have been nicer to me.When I think about Michael Saunders & Company, I picture the most valuable, attractive properties, a diverse, international clientele, and the most professional, knowledgeable staff. During my small, nondescript transaction, it was all about the relationships your highly skilled staff forged with me. It has been a long time since I have felt valuable, but your staff made me feel valued. They encouraged me, supported me, and built my confidence. I don't believe you can put a price on how Donald, Dana and Megan made me feel. I will always be grateful for this.

Very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me showing the property and just talking. Beautiful place. Need time to think things over.....Have to sell my house first....this unit is lovely.

Danelle was patient with us. We are particular shoppers. We looked at more than one hundred properties, a number of them several times. She accommodated all of our wishes. We looked forward to days with her. After two months of searching, we settled on a residence in Lakewood Ranch. Danelle shepherded us through available comparable sales, the offer/acceptance process, modifications to the contract, and inspections. At the appropriate time, she referred us to MSC Title. The service we have had from Michael Saunders & Company has been first class. Although the house took a long time to sell, Nora Johnson and Klaus Lang were always positive. I don’t know how many showings they did as we were in the UK but they were always confident that they would find a buyer. It’s no surprise that they are the top team. I should also mention Janet Carter who has been unfailingly supportive and so responsive.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Michael Saunders & Company and specifically Howard Sadwin for his tenacity and knowledge in brokering the sale of my family’s land in Parrish Florida. I’m originally from the area but now live in Oyster Bay NY. I invest and develop real estate up here but I always have an eye out for that area and would not hesitate to use Howard again.
