Can't thank Susan enough for helping us to research condos in the Siesta Key area and help us to understand the market and what's available. She took the time to go to one of the condos we were interested in and even sent us a video showing the condo to us to help us see firsthand. She even took the time to provide comparables in the market to see other condos that would be of interest to us.

We worked with Mackenzie for about a year and four months, and she literally helped us achieve a life-long dream of owning a home "on the beach." Throughout this time, Mackenzie was consistently patient and courteous. She never failed to accommodate us in our many trips down here from New Jersey, in our efforts to educate ourselves about what was realistic within our price range. Mackenzie cheerfully showed us the gamut of properties, from off-Key communities such as Palmer Ranch, Baywood Colony,and Sarasota, to the many options here on the Key. She maintained a positive attitude as we went through the time-consuming process of determining that Siesta Harbor was absolutely the best fit for us. Mackenzie's professional and positive approach meant that even difficult negotiating situations were resolved smoothly. She expertly assisted us with the tangle of documents and deadlines inherent in real estate transactions. We would be happy to work with Mackenzie again, should the occasion present itself, and we would recommend her without hesitation! She was a pleasure to work with!

The greatest thing was calling the office from New York and having Sherrey Welch answer the phone! She was outstanding and very patient. She knew exactly what we were looking for and accomplished it! I love my new home thank you so much!

Nancy has been extremely helpful and professional in all my dealings with her. She provided excellent feedback on a new construction home I decided to purchase, going well beyond the typical help I would expect from a sales associate. For example, Nancy helped with our new construction design decisions, attended an inspection walkthrough, and gave us excellent advice on contractors, retailers and other professionals who can help us. I consider Nancy as a friend and excellent professional and will be happy to recommend her to any of my friends or colleagues.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for all the help, care, and friendship that Dianne Corcoran has given us throughout the years we have spent in Englewood.
