Robin has been assisting us for over a year. We would probably have bought last year but something came up to prevent that. Robin has sent us emails every single day since Jan. 2019. We have looked at every listing she has sent. We think she has done a great job. We know we are one of many, but Robin just plows along and very quietly asks us how we feel. We will continue to rely on her suggestions and we will press harder the next couple of days. We are anxious to find the right thing for us.

We met her several years ago while we were Looking for a home off the Beach. She spent days and weeks with us and we looked at everything, till she took me to see a new listing. I knew the moment I walked into the home, that this was the one. By 5 pm that evening we bought the house.We became very good friends with Carol. She has introduced us to many great restaurants and places to go in Beautiful Sarasota.11 years later we decided to downsize for health reasons. Carol then found us a Villa, actually on the same Golf Course, only a mile from our home.

We first met with Sara in the summer of 2018 to discuss the sale of our condo which we had for thirty years. I found her on your website, read about her awards, knew she lived in Sarasota and picked her. We met with her for the first time in August 2018.She advised us when would be the best time to sell, what to do to make the place look more appealing and she set up pictures/video of the unit for posting when we were finally ready to sell.Our unit went up for sale on April 1, 2019 and we had a buyer/contract within 12 days. Our closing was on June 17, 2019 and thanks to Sara’s advice all went smoothly. My husband and I felt all along she was the expert and we followed any and all advice she gave us.In short, throughout the entire process Sara was knowledgeable and even more important accessible. She returned my calls or answered my emails in a timely manner. Our unit sold for $440,000 which compared to some condo sales on Siesta Key was relatively low but I feel we received the same professional treatment that high end sellers receive.

Once again we were so happy to work with Phyllis Garfinkle. We have known Phyllis for over twenty years. Twenty years ago she found Winding Oaks for us and sold it when we moved to Mistletoe Lane. Just a few months ago she sold our home on Longboat Key. Needless to say, we love her personally and respect her professionally. My husband and I were so fortunate to work with her again.

I recently sold my house with wonderful help and guidance from Donald Geike and Dana Westmark. My main point of contact was Donald. He was with me the entire time. Although it seemed like “forever” from when the house went on the market until we had a contract, it actually was only 6 weeks. This was really phenomenal. From the video to the open houses to the lovely brochure to the internet presentation, Donald represented my house in a very positive way which resulted in a great outcome. Donald was present at the closing of my house and also was a great help in buying my new home. For this I was very grateful.

We cannot truly put into words how wonderful our experience with Robin was and continues to be. She went above and beyond our expectations during our transition here and even though we closed over a month ago she has kept in touch with us by notifying us of important information needed to ensure our transition continues to go smoothly. From our first email correspondence with her back in April she has been nothing but fantastic. Her responsiveness and professionalism are top notch. She took into consideration everything on our wish list and was experienced enough to add her own expertise of the area and the housing market to get us exactly were we needed to be. Robin’s vast knowledge of the current market and history of Sarasota County was absolutely remarkable as she was always prepared for any questions we had for her. I know you have a large amount of agents that work for you in the greater Sarasota area and I know how competitive the real estate market is right now but I can say with Robin you have someone very special. Jill and Audrey Singer did an excellent job in selling my deceased mother's house. Their service was spectacular. The house was a tear-down, so getting the proper price point selected was quite difficult. The Singers watched the markets, told me when they felt we needed to move the price and managed the pricing issue in an effective and professional way. I think I got a great deal on the final sales price because of their experience. I live in Colorado so when property issues came up, I relied on the Singers to find me qualified contractors and oversee the work. They must have the largest Rolodex in Florida because they always had an old friend ready and able to help. The contractors were professional and got the job done in a short time frame and at very reasonable costs. This brought me immense relief because I didn't have to jump on a plane to come down and supervise. Jill and Audrey treated this house as though it was theirs. I can't thank them enough for that personal touch. Finally, and most importantly, these lovely ladies, with their expert knowledge and wonderful personalities, made the process incredibly enjoyable. Seldom is one allowed to be involved in a transaction of this scale where so much laughing is involved. Laughter is a powerful tool, especially when used correctly. This dynamic duo are pros when it comes to humor. There was no end-of-the-world scenario where they didn't see the humor in it. Thank you for your service.
