We hired Pam Sweeney back in January to sell a villa that we inherited after the death of my father. We knew it would take a while to sell but finally did near the end of the contract. We could not have asked for a better representative. We live in North Carolina so made two or three trips down during the period the villa was on the market. She went above and beyond taking care of our property. She ensured it stayed clean, worked with suppliers if there were any issues inside the home and pulled weeds. Extremely professional and always felt she was protecting our interests. If in the area to look for property in Sarasota, we would not hesitate to look for her services.

Our condominium was marketed and sold within 85 days of listing. The promotional materials were outstanding with professional photographs well depicting our property. Rudy did a great job helping us sell our Condo. It was a tough market and he worked diligently to get it attention and showings. He also provided great customer service— always communicating with us as needed. Lastly, he went above and beyond to work with us and the buyer to overcome some contracual challenges to make it work. He knows the market and we would highly recommend him.

Working with Gigi Kuster and Danelle while Gigi was away was a pleasure through the whole experience. Gigi was available to answer all questions or to find appropriate options to make the sale of my house AND the purchase of the new one the best experiences possible. Priscilla did an excellent and professional job for us. Her communication was clear and timely. She arranged for the work on many pre-listing maintenance items, since we were out-of-town, and then gave us advice on how to make the place show at its best. She immediately scheduled an open house, and this led to our condo being sold in a matter of days without any further showings! The closing went smoothly and without a hitch. We highly recommend her for a realtor.
