This was an estate sale and was very emotional for my brother and I. Heather was very understanding of my emotional state; which very often could have been perceived as demanding,irritable,and frustrated. Heather took the time to explain the contract to my brother. Heather kept us informed on every detail of the process. She responded to email, text or phone messages within moments. She had offers on the property within 36 hours!

Debbie and Kristi helped my family sell our property on Anna Maria Island. They were extremely communicative and kind and walked us through the entire process. This mother/daughter team bent over backwards to see to it that information about our house reached as many potential buyers as possible while hosting open house and scheduling showings of our property- all the while being respectful to our renters. We could not have chosen a better team to work with. Outstanding!

We give Kathy 5 stars. We are VERY picky (skeptical even) when it comes to real estate “services”. Kathy is good. Very good. She earns her stripes when it comes to grasping a situation and communicating properly in a sales negotiation. We have even contacted her after the sale and she has proven to give reliable information time and again -and if she doesn’t have a resource to offer she says so (although this is rare). Highly recommend.

Both Marcia and her Partner Dee Dee were true professionals and led us through the whole process of selling our home. From the first visit to look at our home to the closing they were in constant contact and kept us up to date on everything that was happening and informed us about everything that we needed to do to keep things moving in the right direction.
