Kristi was very helpful with helping us find a house!!! She wasn’t pushy at all!! She sent us info on different houses and kept us up to date with all of the houses!!! We found one that we loved!! And she made it happen 4 us!!!! She was available on text messages 4 all of r questions!! She’s a super nice lady that I’m proud 2 know!!! I can’t imagine trying 2 find a house w/out her!! What was my experience like with Debbie Capobianco and her team? Exceptional. We had a very challenging duplex to sell in Florida. My brothers and I lived across the country and we needed someone local on Anna Maria Island who could help support us in getting the place cleaned up and ready to list. There was a lawsuit involved to clear the title and five months of delay before we could close, but Debbie was always on her A game with both smart moves and appropriate resources and quick responses to our questions. I don't think we could have done it without her.

Phyllis Garfinkle did an excellent job in marketing my property and also worked hard in getting the closing completed. It was not an easy closing due to the fact the buyers were Canadian and had no sense of urgency in providing necessary information. Thanks again to Michael Saunders & Company and the work that Phyllis did to make it happen.

My property was listed by Ms. Joanne Jenkins. Joanne was the agent we dealt with in 2010 when wepurchased the property. She made the purchasing process so easy. She went out of her way to help us. I have been in touch with her through the years. She has always been so helpful and was always willing to take the time to talk with me when I wanted information about the housing market. So when I decided to sell the property this year, there was no one else I could call except Joanne. Again this wonderful lady took care of everything for me. Since I was in Kentucky, this was no easy task.Again, she showed knowledge, ability and dedication to her job. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Taking care of things most agents would not have. I am pleased with her ethics and job performance and I am honored to call her my friend. Since Joanne could not be at the closing, she sent another agent named Kathy. Again, I was impressed with her ability and everything went smoothly. Needless to say, if I ever purchase property in the area again, I will be contacting Joanne Jenkins and Michael Saunders & Company. It was a pleasure working with you.
