Jim was absolutely a great agent from the beginning. There was open conversation and he was totally knowledgeable about listing our property as well as finding us a new home. My wife and I had been searching for vacant waterfront property and had just about given up and then we stopped at Michael Saunders office in Punta Gorda. We met Karen Brown and explained what we wanted and she had properties for us to look at within thirty minutes. We ended up purchasing a beautiful waterfront lot that Karen located for us. I am writing this letter to share with you an excellent experience I have recently participated in. Approximately three weeks ago my wife and I purchased a home in Lakewood Ranch, FL. We were represented by David Mills of Michael Saunders & Company. David was a pleasure to work with. He was available at all times to show us properties we had an interest in seeing and was quick to answer all of my questions. The sale went quickly, efficiently and without any problems. I have bought and sold several homes during my career and know all too well the difficulties that can arise is such a transaction. No such incident occurred in this event. I attribute the total smoothness of this sale to David whose efficiency and client relationship was superb. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am an attorney and have been involved in many transfer of property, and can say that the above is factually correct. David converted a potentially cumbersome event to a rewarding pleasure.
