Sergei, provided us with excellent customer service. Everything he did for us was done in a very professional manner. Right from the very beginning in July of this year when we told him we would contact him when we had a better idea of what we were doing. others we came across through our Internet searching hounded us with constant emails. When we called him in November of 2019 he responded quickly. All during the purchase of the home we had more questions than probably most of his clients do. However he handled them extremely well. He most always had the correct answers and when he did not have the answer he told us that and did his research to get us the correct and knowledgeable answer. My rating is excellent. I am sure your company will benefit from his expertise in performing his talents to future customers.

We had the distinct pleasure to enlist the talents of Gregory Zies with the long-distance sale of our condo. We initially were apprehensive about the many challenges we could be facing on a transaction of this size while being over 1,000 miles away. We soon found our concerns were unfounded as Gregory displayed his unprecedented knowledge, diligence and most of all, impeccable character and integrity throughout the process. He was always available for any question and concern we brought and displayed a patient and calming approach in all of our questions and requests. He enlisted a great deal of resources to facilitate the certain future sale of our property leaving no stone unturned no matter how great or small. We knew he had handled transactions of many multiples of our listing price but not once did we feel that our listing was not front and center within his listed portfolio and he very much made us feel that our property was a top priority. Sergei, provided excellent service for us. From the beginning in July of this year when we had no clue what are plans were to the final closing in December. Everything we asked of him he responded quickly and provided accurate information. Being new to this area we had plenty of questions. He always responded professionally. What we appreciated most is when he did not have the most accurate information he told us that and proceeded to get the information sources he needed to give us the correct information quickly.
