Her ongoing communication and guidance in dealing with a very challenging set of buyers helped alleviate our anxieties and frustrations throughout the process. If it wasn’t for Sandi, we do not know how we would have gotten through the “flip-flopping” and the indecisiveness of the buyers. The final outcome resulted in the deal closing but not without Sandi finding a quick solution to a last-minute glitch caused by the buyers! We were very pleased with our experience with Michael Saunders, especially the service provided by our broker Jennifer Thompson. We know your Siesta Key office gets quite busy. Jennifer worked with us for two years as we vacationed there. She listened to our changing ideas for a new home and when it came time to actually tour some houses, she hit our tastes right on the head. While we ultimately found our home during an open house, it was not in a subdivision we had previously discussed or visited. Jennifer negotiated a fair deal for us and was present during the times when we could not be present because we live(d) out of state. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to compliment her services and recognize what a good representative she is of your firm.

I wanted to let you know that Ethel Lovelace was instrumental in this purchase from the day of the initial showing all the way to closing. I was in the Chicago area after I first saw the property and after my initial bid, Ethel was always there by phone or email to help with the final agreement, answer my questions, help with the logistics of the inspections and repairs, and help with the entire purchase process. Harvey even waited at the condo so the cable company could do their installation while I was at closing. I was on a limited time schedule and this saved me from rescheduling and maybe missing my flight home. There are some unfinished prepaid repairs that the seller couldn’t get completed before closing but I have every bit of confidence that Ethel will stay on top of it and follow through with the contractor. After my experience with Ethel, I will definitely recommend your real estate company to any of my family or friends who would like to join my wife and me in beautiful Siesta Key.

We started our journey to Sarasota in early April. The Michael Saunders & Company website was very helpful as I was able to review the bios of the MS agents and chose a top three as we were contemplating a search visit. Our home realtor (Oak Park, IL) was so kind to phone interview each of the three and ended up choosing my first choice, Beth Wietryzkowski. Beth was very helpful on our search mission, and though she was on vacation during the inspection phase, she called numerous times keeping us abreast of the process, the timing of attaining flood insurance, and investigating a question that had arisen with a six-inch discrepancy as it related to the homeowners association in Southgate. Her communication skills and timing garner a 12 out of 10. There will be no second thoughts whatsoever should we or any friends need a local realtor. On the financial side, Megan Kendrick was very helpful as we engaged with her in the mortgage process. There was a bump or two, but Megan was very helpful and encouraging and also took the initiative to dig through some things to gain correct answers. We have been totally overwhelmed with the friendliness and kindness exhibited by these members of your team---Beth and Megan.

Mark is a professional, knowledgeable and helpful realtor- the best in what he does! He really understands the needs of his clients and helps find the perfect fit. He is approachable and friendly. His ability to understand and make everyone he works with feel comfortable is a definite plus. He also gets the job done (without being aggressive or pushy). Mark Boehmig is the best choice for buying and selling.
