2019 has been a remarkable year for us. When we look back at all the amazing things that happened during the year, nothing compares to our experience in buying a new home and selling our old one. We can say with 100% certainty that this would not have gone as perfectly as it did without Daria Fairchild. What started out as casual, fact-finding conversation turned into a series of perfectly choreographed steps resulting in a most unexpected performance. Daria met with us to share her perspective, answer our questions and offer some guidance about buying a new home and preparing our existing home for the market. Within a 4 days, we made an offer on a new home, it was accepted the next day... we were on our way. That was the easy part, or so we thought. Daria had enumerated a series of items that must be addressed in order to maximize the value of our existing home on the market. When she returned to take pictures of the home, she was blown away by our effort, but such was the merit of the items that she had presented as improvements to our home. Once the house was listed, and on Daria's recommendation, at a higher price, there were 12 showings within a 48-hour period; 4 offers within 48 hours of listing the property. All in all, the process was a whirlwind but was over before we could say “I can’t believe we’re selling our home”. Throughout the entire process, we were amazed and thoroughly impressed with Daria’s level of professionalism, her constant availability, and her calm, yet assertive manner. Daria made us feel like the only clients in her portfolio. Her advice was peppered with experience, expertise and patience; even when we made the most outlandish or ridiculous inquiries. She always managed to convey her point with respect and insight. Daria was also very open to listening to opposing points of view and considering them with a reassuring air of impartiality. In the end, we found our dream home, sold our house for a price above what we had hoped for, and built a stronger bond with an acquaintance who became a true friend. I cannot give Amy enough praise for her help in purchasing my property she went over and above assisting me with this purchase. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid (this was my first property purchase).My ex-husband and I were experiencing difficulty in the sale of our property in Morriston. The Lender the purchaserhad used was next to useless, and we were given several dates for closure, this went on for about a month and poorAmy had to keep extending our closure date and update the contract in order the make my purchase possible. In the meantime,I had had to move a couple of times to temporary places and she was constantly in touch and reassured me that everything wouldwork out, at the same time she was keeping the seller informed and updating the contract. He is in Russia apparently. Jennifer Seaveyin the Title Dept was also very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with any title problems and got them fixed. Amy had an electrician and plumber come in with quotes on the issues the inspection had found and I received a reduction in priceto cover these repairs. She did a virtual video walkthrough before the closure because I could not get out to Englewood.Eventually, the time came for me to close on my new property, after having to change my closing date several times to keep up with the Morriston problems, she had everything ready to go and everything went smoothly, unlike the closing on the other property. She went over local places I might be interested in and gave me a brochure that listed all the local Utilities in order to set the new property up. She called me up a couple of weeks later and we had a nice chat. Again I found Amy very helpful and very easy to work with and she excelled with her Realtor Services.

About 6 weeks ago I came to Longboat with a very short timeframe (2 weeks) to find a condo. Maruta Miluns was phenomenal. She spent nearly every day showing me around the area and taking me to all the open houses. She listened to what I wanted and was honest and thoughtful. I felt confident with her that I’d find something I loved and everything would work out. It did! Part of it was luck/timing, but without Maruta’s knowledge and commitment, it most likely would not have been such a smooth process.
