I wish to pass along my sincere appreciation for the effort and wonderful work that Tina Von Kessel undertook on the sale of our Landings home. Tina was fully transparent throughout the process and kept us very well informed each step of the way. Tina delivered the best price and even more valuable to us was that she handled all aspects of the sale and personally managed the pre-sale repairs to the property. This was most critical as we reside in Toronto and were unable to look after the many jobs the house desperately needed prior to the sale, we cannot praise Tina enough. As this was the second transaction that we entrusted Michael Saunders & Company with – along with the initial purchase – we can honestly say that if ever again we are in the market for a home in Sarasota, we will call on Michael Saunders & Company.

Amy was wonderful. She kept me updated on everything that was going on, she responded immediately when I had questions, she stayed on top of the interested parties and was calm but firm when we ran into an issue with my homeowners' association unfairly holding up the sale of my home. My house was on the market for only 11 days. The first offer we received we countered back and forth for a couple of days until we came to an agreeable price and Amy was concerned based on their pre-approval letter that they would not be approved for the amount we agreed on. She reached out to the buyers' lender and found out in fact that they would not. She immediately let me know and we countered another offer we had received and sold the house. Closing was in 30 days and my association needed to have an application, background check and “interview” done before we could close. Their realtor sent over the paperwork but the management company never got the check. Everything came to a halt 4 days before closing and Amy partnered with the buyers' realtor and the title company to try to get everything done by the closing date. Amy continued to follow up with the Title company for almost a week until closing was finally approved. It could have been an incredibly stressful situation for all of us (and was) but she handled it all with grace and calm. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy for anyone looking to buy or sell. She clearly knows the industry and stayed ahead of things at all times.

When my wife and I started showing an interest in purchasing a home in Venice, Florida we were referred to Crystal Cosby to work with. She is an amazing realtor and everything we asked about and pursued she was more than happy to assist us in any way we needed. Her responses to calls, emails, texts were within minutes and nothing was too much to ask and no question ever went unanswered. From the initial meeting, through the closing, she was there protecting our interests in the process and would tell us if she thought a house was for us or not, especially after she got to know us and would be our eyes and ears since we reside in Connecticut. She is someone we will stay in touch with over the years as she has great referrals and she and Ray are just nice to interact with. She has become more of a friend than just a realtor and someone we can totally trust throughout the entire process. Can you tell we thoroughly enjoyed working with Crystal!!

Jennifer is amazing! She went above and beyond for us when we flew in for a long weekend to find the perfect vacation/investment property for our families. We purchased a 2 bed 2 bath as a partnership between 4 families. Buying as a partnership was difficult but she made the process easy and was so helpful along the way. The property she found us wasn’t even yet on the market! She went above and beyond and even helped us find the right lender, property manager, and even insurance.
