Jennifer is not only a fantastic agent but such a wonderful, caring person - she is the best! She helped me buy a home in Sarasota when I was relocating from Nevada and out of the town during much of the process. She took the time to get to know me and my needs very well, so that we could focus on homes that would meet my criteria. Our family needed to sell a condo from afar: we were anchored in Ml due to health issues in the family with a condo in Sarasota. Robert Agnello was very resourceful in finding all the various services we needed to prepare the home for listing and eventually found a seller in a sluggish market. Robert was courteous, helpful, and provided all the professional market assessment necessary to make the right decisions during the 11-month process. She just sold my condominium in Sunset Towers, and no one could ever be more efficient, or more knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She's a gem - a one of a kind - and you're lucky to have her on your staff. She handled each little things with accuracy, courtesy, and with know-how. No time was lost. The advertising was outstanding. After seeing my place as it was proposed by her, I would have bought it back! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with this fine woman.

I am writing to let you know about my experiences with your agent, Chris Baylis. We had a home on acreage to sell. I called your office and was referred to Chris as a specialist in that type of property. We interviewed 3 agents from 3 different firms and found Chris to be, we felt, the most knowledgeable for us. We have not been disappointed! She worked tirelessly for us during the listing phase and the closing phase. She worked with us every step of the way and helped us immensely. When it was time to buy another home 9with our home under contract), we turned to Chris. Again, she was amazing. I recently faced the daunting prospect of selling my parents’ home in Deer Creek, and I could not be more pleased with the personal attention and professional service provided by Janet Montgomery and her partner Susan Elkins. They are both amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable about the Deer Creek community (and they both live there!), and they invested significant time and energy to ensure a successful sale process, from initial marketing through closing. Since I live in New York, I had to do research from afar to find a broker who could demonstrate numerous transactions in the local market representing sellers as well as buyers. Fortunately, Janet has a stellar reputation in Deer Creek and was referred to me by numerous people. From our first conversation and initial meeting, I knew that I could trust Janet and Susan and they didn’t let me down. They gave me honest, unbiased advice about pricing, staging, and marketing, and always acted as my cheerleaders. Their positive attitude, enthusiasm, and responsiveness throughout the entire process were fantastic! I totally appreciated how devoted they were to actively market my property with numerous open houses and showings, not losing interest when it didn’t sell immediately. Most impressive was how involved they were in the final closing process…after the contract was signed! They were enormously helpful in taking care of every little detail – arranging workers to do repairs, providing suggestions on where to donate furniture, and offering real friendship and support, particularly during my last-minute frantic packing. Not only did Janet and Susan manage a smooth and efficient process with an optimal outcome, but they were great fun to work with!
