Veronika is everything you wish and pray for when appointing a real estate agent. First and foremost was her marketing plan and knowledge of similar properties for sale. Another agent I interviewed was only interested in low balling our home. Veronika backed up by market value research and similar property facts said NO WAY. We listed it $34,000 higher. Basically that increase almost paid my commission. We sold at a 2% decrease from asking price and beginning to end closed in 60 days. She had many open houses was a fantastic negotiator and stayed cool, calm, and collected when at times things could have gone sideways. .Couldn't have been more satisfied. THANKS V

My parents referred us to Gregory. He sold their townhome and found them a perfect villa to purchase. We are so glad we hired him as our realtor! Prior to listing our house, the advice he gave us was spot on. We addressed each item he mentioned, and our house sold in three days!! Gregory is a dedicated professional, and always has his client’s best interest in mind. When it is time to look at houses, he is your guy! He has an eye for detail and was able to point out problematic areas in the homes my husband and I missed. He is a wealth of knowledge too! For example, we wanted a home with a pool. Gregory was able to provide us with information of approximate costs to have a pool, screened in patio, and fence installed. If he doesn’t have the information you need, he knows someone who does! He is a great listener; therefore, he can find a home that will “check off the boxes” on your wants/needs list. My husband and I refer our friends to Gregory whenever we have the opportunity because he is not just the best realtor in Bradenton, he is a great person as well. Thank you for everything, Gregory!
