Margaret has done an exceptional job making our dream into a reality. She is an excellent communicator and a good listener. We felt very comfortable that she understood our thinking process when evaluating various types of properties. She asked good questions but let my husband and I do most of the talking. She was very patient, offered appropriate advice, and it was clear she had our best interests in mind. She kept us well informed, even at a distance, allowing us to make the best use of our time together when touring properties. She knew the Venice/Sarasota area and we felt well prepared prior to making our big decision to buy. Thank you Margaret!

We enjoyed working with Kathleen on the purchase of our vacation home. She has an eye for detail and made sure all aspects of our purchase were taken care of when we were out of state.
