Scott Ludwick was excellent to work with as a real estate agent. He was on top of everything and was very helpful for someone who has not bought a house in 10 years. Scott always answered his phone or got back to you very quickly. He also gave us suggestions to guide us in the right direction on questions that we did not know the answers. She was willing to inconvenience herself to make sure I saw properties as they were available and promptly wrote up my offer to the seller. This was especially important considering the speed at which properties were going under contract.

Cheryl Roberts is most deserving of a 5 star excellent rating. If there were 10 stars she would deserve all of those as well! She was able to quickly get to know us well enough to understand our needs and desires. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has Passion for her successful career. We are forever grateful for her help!

Being out of town due to health reasons Tom did everything he could to keep the property safe and secured. He kept my elderly parents up to date with everything taking place highly recommend his service and performance on the sell of my property

After our mom passed away suddenly, Magda Whelton did an amazing job through the entire process of getting my mom's house in Southwood sold and closed on. We interviewed three realtors and choose Magda after she presented the most thorough, realistic, and professional presentation on how she would market mom's house for us. Magda sold the house immediately after we listed it with her! The buyers had problems with a closing on another house, so our closing went on for about a month longer than we anticipated. Magda hung right in there with us, communicating with us every step of the way and acting as as our advocate through the entire process. She also went above and beyond by physically going by mom's house often to make sure everything was good with it. Because we do not live in the area, she enabled us to do all paperwork via email. Magda is everything you could hope for in a realtor--competent, professional, personable, compassionate, and diligent.
