Moving down to Florida from New York became a reality much sooner than expected. We had no time to figure out what we were exactly looking for in a home...let alone where we wanted that home to be. We were fortunate to stumble upon Keith's contact info. We flew down several times...often for only a day at a time. Keith and Wayne were able to make the search effortless. They remained focused and professional every step of the way. Our only requirements were a two-car garage and a pool. Of course...we ended up falling for a beautiful house with a one-car garage, and no pool...yet. We've already turned it into a home. We are truly grateful for their undying energy and commitment to assuring every step of the process was effortless. They seemed to continually go above and beyond...and we felt like we were very special clients...but in reality...it's probably how they treat everyone. We highly recommend their services. For the past 30 years I have worked closely with real estate agents. Some good, some bad and then there is the BEST! Keith Kropp is hands down in the BEST category. Both Keith and his partner Wayne were very professional and accommodating. They were quick in scheduling appointments and made themselves available when we needed them. We had our small dog with us and didn’t want to leave her alone, so she went on the showings with us. One of the buildings allowed owners to have pets, but did not allow visiting animals, so either Keith or Wayne would take turns “dog sitting” while the other showed us condos. When we chose a condo, Keith wrote the contract, explaining details along the way. Keith put me at ease that all concerns were addressed. Even after we had an accepted contract, Keith arranged for additional viewings, beyond the home inspection, so that we could measure for furniture and check colors. Working with Keith and Wayne was a very positive experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend the Keith Kropp team to anyone looking for property in the Sarasota area.
