We worked with Harvey and Ethel to purchase a condo in La Siesta this past month, but our relationship with them began almost 2 years ago. We stopped into an open house that Ethel was hosting in Sept. 2017 and met her then. She was kind, positive, and super helpful in showing us some properties during our visit that year. Well, we were not financially prepared to purchase at that time and then a year past. Last Sept., we were visiting Siesta Key again (because we had fallen in love with the place the prior year) and we contact Harvey and Ethel to look at a few more places. Harvey very graciously showed us some more properties and gave us more to think about in regards to a future purchase. Then this summer we found the “perfect” place for us in La Siesta and I contacted Ethel. She did all of the leg work to get us information on the unit, get us comps, provide us with all the information and answer ALL of our questions. I can’t even tell you how many phone calls and texts we had with her as she continued to work on our behalf. and did I mention we live in Alaska and she dealt with the 4 hour time difference seamlessly! She was there for an initial walkthrough with pictures, to the inspection, all the way down to the final walkthrough and closing. She was there every step of the way. It was not quick, nor painless with some of the speed bumps we encountered along the way, but she stuck with us! She was our eyes and ears on the ground while we were doing everything from AK. I just can’t tell you how much I appreciate everything they did for us. I feel like they are part of our family (or maybe we are part of theirs!) They worked tirelessly for us.

Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers are definitely 5-star quality real estate brokers. When we decided to relocate to Florida, we did not know anything about Sarasota. Keith and Wayne spent an entire day showing us homes in our price range. They combined a variety of existing home options along with new construction. They actually listened to our requests and preferences. When we decided to build, they would go out to the site and send us photographs of the construction site every few weeks. They made the home search process a very positive one. Now that the home is completed, and we have moved in, Keith and Wayne still check on us to assist in our acclimation to our new city. If you are contemplating Sarasota, please consider Keith and Wayne. They are stellar!

Keith and his partner Wayne were extremely helpful in my purchasing in Sarasota. They knew the area very well, made me feel very much at home, (they even took me to lunch) and I felt the had absolutely made the right decision choosing Keith as my realtor. He talked me through all the legal terms of my contracts and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. He was extremely patient and dedicated a large amount of his time driving me around Sarasota, checking out the various properties I wanted to see. I was also very impressed at how much he cared, knowing that I was not purchasing a high-end house and that he would not be making a large commission on my sale. Regardless, he treated me as if I was buying high end and truly seemed concerned that I get the place to live I wanted most. I highly recommend Keith as a realtor.

Wayne & Keith are outstanding! Detailed oriented, pro-active with great follow up. Moving from out of state there were many moving parts. They made the entire process simple and were always a step ahead. If you want professional, easy to work with, pro-active, outside the box thinking this is the team. I would definitely work with them again and fully recommend.

We had a great experience hunting for our dream retirement home in Sarasota, Florida with Keith Kropp and his partner Wayne Rogers. We made two visits to Sarasota, in April and November of 2016. On both occasions, Keith and Wayne devoted several days, escorting us to see many homes that were on our "wish list". In between our visits we received daily e-mails from Keith with new listings in our price range and with the amenities we wanted. After we selected our dream house in November, Keith kept us "in the loop" as the closing date neared. We closed in early February, and have been slowly moving in. It was nice to visit with Keith and Wayne on our latest Sarasota visit in late April, 2017. We were pleased with their real estate expertise and services, We are also pleased to have them as new friends. We would certainly recommend Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers to anyone needing real estate help in the Sarasota area.

Keith and Wayne can be defined by two words: Patience and Professionalism. They worked with us over 7 months to find the right place for us. They always provided us all the time we needed.
