We contacted Jennifer as her company was the listing agent for a house we wanted to look at. She was very helpful and understanding of circumstances. When that house sold before we could see it, Jennifer offered different homes and explained a lot of the lending process to us. She was patient and courteous as we changed our mind on what direction we wanted to look and when we settled on a direction, she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed even if she was out of town! Jennifer made the process of buying our first home very painless! We are so grateful for her help!

Lindsay exhibits a great deal of professionalism and dedication to quality in her work. She spent numerous hours looking at listings on our behalf since we lived out of town. She followed up on all our questions, was able to bring the appropriate expertise to the table when needed and did it all quickly and competently. In addition, she is a lovely enthusiastic person to deal with. We spoke often on weekends and at night due to our out-of-state situation and she was ALWAYS highly accessible.
