We weren’t really looking to buy a home the day I called Karen Scott about the Villa, that had boat dock availability, that she had listed. At heart, I’m a girly girl, who gave up all my earthly treasures when we uprooted and moved aboard a 42-foot boat. When I saw the pictures of this home on the Michael Saunders Listing, I just about died. This was a beautiful home, decorated beautifully, in immaculate condition, and it had a small boat dock! Karen returned my call promptly and we agreed on a time to meet at the home. There were a few other homes for sale in Osprey that I had made arrangements for us to see. Unfortunately for my husband, this house was the first one we saw. From the moment Karen opened the door, I had fallen in love, but, I knew, it had to big of a purchase price. Karen was so nice. She answered all Jim’s questions and allowed me to wander through the house and touch everything! Jim is a tough cookie and a hard sell. I think Karen handled him very well. She answered all of his questions, even the tough ones, like, “why is this home so pricey” compared to other properties in this neighborhood? Jim does research. He does not make rash decisions. We left after Karen walked us down to the boat dock and pool. A boat dock, even though our boat won’t fit in it, was a huge deal to us. If we did buy a home in this area, we would be selling our big boat and getting something smaller, so we can continue enjoying our boating life. Karen was so sweet during this period of time. Jim had to continue his research. We knew what we could and couldn’t afford to get ourselves into. Karen, being the sellers' agent, continued to work for us, which I really appreciated, even when Jim finally put an offer on the table. Our new home feels really good and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

I met the most lovely ladies, Mimi Kruk and Molly Atwood who interceded in helping me to sell my home. I at the time did not have a realtor and one afternoon someone rang my bell. It was divine intervention that Mimi and Molly were distributing flyers in my area, and asked if I wanted to see an open house a few doors from my home. I told them that I was interested in selling mine. They got to work right away and gave me pointers as to what I need to do to sell my home. They were so nice, warm and friendly. I felt so at ease with them and blessed that they helped me to sell my home. I would recommend them highly and find them to be a wonderful team to work with!

Jennifer was super friendly and helped me feel confident with the first purchase of my home. She helped me work with a reputable builder in town which we avoided working with another builder and realtor who wasn’t as helpful during the process.

Elizabeth was very attentive and thorough and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. Several issues cropped up from time to time, and she handled all of them extremely well and helped resolve all of them quickly and effectively.
