Gena White is the most amazing real estate agent with whom I have ever had the pleasure to work on both the sale and the purchase of a home. Gena’s expansive knowledge of the local market, her extreme eye for detail, and her stellar organizational and communication skills all mesh seamlessly together for a wonderful marketing and selling experience. Gena is just a strong on the buying side and helped me initially a few years back to find and procure the lot of my dreams. To say that I’m one satisfied customer is an understatement. Finally, Gena is just a really good human. I so enjoy her genuine nature, positivity and humor. I recently sold my condominium at 988 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota FL 34236 with the expert assistance of BibiAnn Allard, my agent at Michael Saunders & Co., Sarasota. It was only on the market for 3 weeks, during which time she showed it to approximately 20 potential buyers. Her sales brochure and marketing was up to the usual Michael Saunders very high standard. Her personal knowledge and experience of the downtown Sarasota real estate business is exceptional. Her professionalism, fairness and sharp intellect were key factors in the sale process and end result. A good contract makes both seller and buyer very satisfied with the outcome as was the case. Sharon was nothing short of amazing - being that we were moving from another State, Sharon very literally handled everything - she made sure communication was open, assisted us with an in-State homeowner's insurance broker, and made sure all of our questions/concerns were answered timely - she truly was a one-stop shop and took care of us like family!
