Mary Pihl was our real estate agent for 15827 Kendleshire Terrace, Lakewood Ranch. She was really a special person. She went through many different houses with us, was very knowledgeable about the market, had many helpful ideas as we were discussing alternatives. After the sale she was very determined to get us the best terms, bridging discussions between us and the builders’ agent. She identified local craft people to help us with work after the sale. I want to personally thank Ms. Leah Frisosky, she started working with my wife and I while being assigned at Ft. Jackson, SC and living in Savannah, GA and once we came to this area to visit, Leah escorted us around the Lakewood Ranch area and other listings she had scheduled to include listings we had scheduled. By promptly returning phone our phone calls and e-mails she made the home buying experience quite simple for Kim and I. She kept us informed of every step of the way from searching listings to making an offer on our new home. This has been the best real estate experience Kim and I ever had!!! We just wanted to share our recent experience with Reatha. Our Cincinnati Realtor recommended Michael Saunders & Co. to help us find our dream retirement home in Florida. They specifically recommended Reatha. It is difficult to blindly trust any business when making arrangements from out of town. When we first talked to Reatha, she was such a pleasant surprise. She was very knowledgeable of our areas of interest (Sarasota, Venice, Rotonda West). We described our financial situation, our goals, and our wish list. Reatha went right to work. Based on our wants, she quickly came back with many homes which we narrowed down to 9 houses in Rotonda West, 2 in Venice, and 2 in Sarasota. Our visit to the Florida area was going to be very short and we needed an efficient game plan to view our homes of interest. She went well above and beyond by building a notebook of home specifications, feedback from the homeowners, and they were organized by the dates we would review, including maps. This notebook was over the top. Without this, we could have never viewed so many homes in such a short period of time. I know Reatha lives a very hectic, 100 mph life, but she made us feel like her 100% attention was on us. She spent significant time educating us on our areas of interest, as well as the pros and cons of those areas. Once our house was chosen and we were back in Ohio, Reatha coordinated everything, including homeowners insurance, title company, and inspections. She quickly began preparing for closing. On our next visit, closing was planned and executed with no last-minute frustrations or problems. This entire process was executed perfectly which has never happened to us while purchasing a home. Thanks to Reatha, we have found our perfect home and fulfilled a dream of mine since I was a teenager. She has been much more than a realtor and we feel like we have found a friend for life. We could not be any happier with this entire experience. Your company came highly recommended and we will definitely pass the word. We are very thankful for this entire experience. To close, she makes unbelievable banana nut bread!!!
