Excellent knowledge of the values of homes in this area. Shares ideas of preparing home for inspection by prospective buyers. Her staff does a great behind the scenes working to make sure everything goes smooth. We were at the settlement about 2 months or so after listing our home for sale.

This is the eighth time over the years I’ve worked with a realtor, and I must say that working with Jennifer was the most enjoyable of all. She provided valuable advice and made my interests a priority. Her team took over after the Purchase Agreement was signed and coordinated all aspects of going to settlement. Brian Lutz, the closing coordinator, arranged for inspections, contacted contractors for quotes and did the final walkthrough before closing. At first, I took their advice with a grain of salt expecting the usual sales hype, but I found that they were the real deal actually looking out for my best interests. I ended up using their recommendations for home insurance, flood insurance, roof repairs, and AC service. I’d recommend Jennifer and her team wholeheartedly!

I had listed my Chanteclaire Condo that I had purchased years ago solely for my father to live with Tony Boothby. I was introduced to Tony by my neighbors' daughter who has referred him in the past. I am out of state of the property. I had a small window of time when I was in Sarasota to list the property and figure a plan for it’s contents etc…. Tony came in and met with me at a convenient time, came with all appropriate comps and answers to all my questions. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. He helped me expedite the listing and made the few necessary aesthetic adjustments promptly and with ease. It took a while to sell the property, however, through the whole process Tony was great to communicate with, on the same page with me and understood my perspective, and quick to respond and help. The property sold and I was so appreciative of Tonys' help with the task of emptying the property’s remaining contents and completing the transaction with my not needing to go back to Sarasota. Though, all I have described and experienced is truly how a transaction should go between a realtor and client, as I’m sure you are aware, not often enough. Tony is surely an asset to your firm and a complete professional pleasure to deal with. I am very thankful that I worked with him on this sale, and would recommend him or call upon him again in an instant.

When we first purchased in Sarasota back 15 years ago Judy Nimz was our agent. She was wonderful then and she was just as wonderful in 2019. We have remained friends all these years. A great experience.

I was referred to Mike by my real estate agent cousin Lenny Byrd who lives in St. Augustine. Lenny had met Mike through some real estate organization and highly recommended him. Mike impressed me from the get-go and non-stop along the way on my journey to find the exact right new home. He was prompt, thorough and enthusiastic. He answered all my texts, phone calls and emails thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He is extremely knowledgable and helped make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. One thing that I particularly loved was his reminding me by text when it was time to arrange Florida Power; he very thoughtfully included their phone number. I would like you to know how exceptional Reatha is. I was given her name from a friend, upon meeting her I was impressed with how kind and motivated she seemed. However when she told me what company she worked for I was hesitant. My prior knowledge of your company was that it was associated with luxury properties. My humble condo was not that property. I went with my instincts that she was a genuine person. I want you to know she is that and so much more, she truly treated our condo like it was a luxury property. I can't say enough about how special she is and what an asset she is for your company. I look forward to working with her in the future. She could not have exceeded my expectations more.

My fiancée, James, and I cannot say enough about the experience we had working with our realtor, Jennifer Calenda. It was positive from beginning to end. A wonderful property that fits perfectly with what Jim and I wanted. We flew in for just three days to see a different house within the Burnt Store Marina development. That particular house was not going to be our forever home. As we drove around, we found the house we had seen online and with very short notice, half an hour from placing the call to Jennifer to her showing us the property, we called on her to show us the house we wound up purchasing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the house, the neighborhood, HOA’s, and any particular questions we had. Her knowledge of real estate and how it works really impressed us. Her confidence and expertise appealed to us as we knew we were dealing with an expert and not a fly by night realtor. Her communication with us was constant and extremely clear. Jennifer’s team including Brian Lutz were definitely the wheel that kept everything going on time and on track. Susan and her husband Jon have helped me find all four of my homes in Sarasota since I moved here 16 years ago, and as usual, she did a fabulous job and went above and beyond in helping me find just the right place...she showed me many houses and once I found the right one, she spent many hours before I even closed at the house with me so I could get my designer and contractors in to give me pricing for work...she was so generous with her time and her knowledge—I cannot thank her enough! She is going to sell my current home also in a few months and I am very comfortable that she will get me a very good price for it...it was the right house to buy when I bought it and now is the right time for me to sell...and I am confident that transaction will go as smoothly as my recent purchase, thanks to Susan!
