Within the past year, Tim Koons-McGee has helped us sell both a commercial property and our residence. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell the commercial property with another realtor, we took it off the market for a couple of months before engaging Tim as our realtor. He had a number of creative ideas for how both to present and to market it, including a stunning brochure. Shortly after listing it, we had several interested buyers, and were able to sell it for almost full asking price. After several months, we were ready to sell our residence, and again Tim was extremely helpful. His professional judgment as to asking price, though higher than we’d expected, was right on target, and again he marketed it well, so that we had multiple offers almost immediately. His handling of the negotiating process was fair and professional, so that both we and the ultimate buyer were very satisfied. Tim is knowledgeable, creative, honest, and always professional. From our first meeting with Tim we trusted his insight and approach on selling our home. His smart, strategic approach resulted in a very strong offer within the first hour it was on the market, followed by several requests for showings that day. We had already found the home we wanted to buy, so instead of waiting for our Open House, we asked Tim for his advice on the offer. Since it was strong, and not contingent, he suggested we accept it. Hannah was nice, well spoken but As a real estate agent you also have to disclose everything on a property you’re selling. Well being first time home buyers you would hope you could trust the real estate agent selling the house and that you’d be told everything, good and bad about the property. We will now know in the future Not to trust so easily, Hannah didn’t disclose everything about the house we bought, good and bad, and what it implicated, being a homeowner herself. Very disappointed. Won’t trust Michael Saunders company ever again.

My husband and I closed on a condo 8/30/19 and would like to acknowledge Emmy Lou Gilbert for the phenomenal service and support she provided to us throughout the long process (she also represented the seller and was always very fair and unbiased to both sides). It had been many years since we purchased a new property, so needless to say we definitely had many questions and concerns, she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of this process and helped direct us through all steps. Emmy Lou excelled with follow up to all concerned parties (insurance, inspections, etc), answering any questions (or obtaining the answers), making multiple trips to various condos, including the one we eventually bought and in general making this a virtually seamless process and always with a cheerful spirit. Stacy is the best at all elements of sales that I have ever been privileged to see in action. She knows how to qualify her potential buyer as to what will fill their needs and wants and then select product, present product and help with the decision-making process. She knows how to close a deal, negotiate a deal, save a deal after it starts to slide south. Her sales knowledge is a deep routed ability that would allow her to sell anything anywhere. That would include ice to Eskimos in an igloo.

My wife Lynn and I recently purchased a property in Punta Gorda. We worked with Jennifer Calenda and her team (Makala and Brian) and we have nothing but praise for them. We are from Illinois and chose to work with Jennifer because of all the positive experiences we read about when we were doing our research on realtors. We felt Jennifer's experience and results would make her an excellent choice for us and we were correct. Correspondence was very helpful before we came to Florida, including some personal video of a property Makala did for us to convince us an immediate trip to Florida would be beneficial. During our initial meeting Jennifer did not concentrate on selling us a property, but instead informed us of the layout, background and history of the communities. To her credit, Jennifer was selling the community vs just concentrating on selling property. Jennifer understood our tastes and the types of homes we were interested in seeing which helped us make the most of our time during the two day process. Both Makala and Jennifer spent a lot of time with us on two different days to help us look at a lot of properties. They were very prepared with printed materials and were informative of the areas and properties we chose to see. Jennifer was very helpful through each step of the offer, acceptance, inspection and closing periods. We had a lot of questions/concerns she helped us get through until we were comfortable and stayed in contact throughout. Even though we were purchasing from afar, we felt very informed and Jennifer and her team were there for us. Brian was always there for questions during the inspection and closing process and eased our minds on many occasions going above and beyond what would be expected. Most important to us is the fact that Jennifer and her team are still there for us. They are still as helpful and welcome any questions we may have about the house, area or local support. We were not sold a property and then quickly forgotten. We know Jennifer, Makala and Brian will continue to be supportive. We are happy customers who if ever decide to relocate or purchase another home will contact Jen and her team!
