My husband and I, who live in Chicago, recently worked with Autumn “long distance” to purchase a second home, a condominium, in Bradenton, and can't say enough about how wonderful she was at all times during the sometimes difficult process. We just bought our first home thanks to Philip! He did such a wonderful job from the beginning, we were very lost about the process and he explained everything clearly and patiently. He was very transparent with everything and the whole time we felt we were working with someone we trust. We got the chance to look at many homes and get all the information until we found the one, and he made sure we did everything in a way that would secure us the best deal. His guidance made the process so smooth and we can’t recommend him enough!
