Autumn, who shares the same initials as me was extremely helpful in my home buying experience. She is patient, on time and very knowledgeable about real estate and our local market. She took the time to follow up and keep me on schedule, which being a first time home buyer is very important. Sometimes when you’re a new home owner you need someone to hold your hand along the way, I’m thankful I worked with her. Not all real estate agents are like this. I felt like she was the perfect agent for me. I would recommend anyone to work with her in any future real estate ventures.

Adam was very knowledgeable about the Siesta Key market. He was very accommodating in working around our schedule as we live in Arizona, and once we were in escrow he was great about arranging access to the unit for contractors, decorators and inspectors. He also has a thorough understanding of the financial side of the transactions and was able to provide pro-formas as needed. Highly recommended.

I am 70 years old and retired. My income comes from my own rental properties. I have bought and sold several properties and I would like to report that my experience with Richard Perlman could not have been better. I randomly found our house at 5:30 in the evening. I called Richard and within 20 minutes I was viewing two houses on that block. The fact the Richard is also a lawyer is a plus for me. I felt he was looking out for me in a way that most realtors might not concern themselves with. In addition, after the sale, he offered to hold some packages I shipped down in advance of my arrival. This simple offer was a huge help and not required.
