I just wanted you to know what an excellent buying experience my wife Chris and I had finding a condo with Maruta Mullins. We came to Longboat Key in February of 2018 to visit with friends and hoped we could find a place to live here having retired in 2017. We worked with Maruta for over a year having her show us numerous condos that we were interested in and then when the right one came along, she was able to put all the pieces together to make the transaction happen.
