Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We are very grateful to Randy and Joni McLendon for selling our property at 6113 Gnarled Oak Lane in Englewood, FL. They worked very hard, holding several open houses and showing the property. They were professional and communicated with us often.

Hope was very good with listening to our concerns and she spent more than enough time gathering potential properties for our interests. She makes a stressful purchase much easier and less time consuming ! I would highly recommend her services when looking for real estate.

In a word, our experience was “wonderful!” Deborah was professional, attentive, and accessible. Her knowledge of the market was an enormous benefit to us. Her suggestions regarding timing, upgrading the property, and pricing proved invaluable. Presently, we are shopping for a new property with Deborah. In short, she’s our realtor and Michael Saunders & Company is our firm for the Southwest Florida area! If I could think of one suggestion we would make for a better experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell you. However, our experience was, frankly, perfect! We are happy to call ourselves Deborah Beacham and Michael Saunders & Company customers!

Scott was timely with any questions I had, or any papers I needed. The whole experience was very smooth and seamless. His whole team worked together to get everything done in a timely manner. I wish I had used Scott when I bought my 1st house. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

She hit the ground running from the beginning to the end. With her Artistic eye, she staged the home very professionally. It was my moms home for 50 years, who had died recently. I just kept thinkingI wish My mom could of seen how great it looked. It sold fast, at a fair price, which she helped us establish. She also does not think twice about moving a piece of furniture. I was in Colorado, so she did 110% of the job. Your lucky to have her, and I would recommend her to anyone. Susan and Bob Dockery

She hit the ground running from start to finish. She went beyond what is required, adding her artistic eye, to staging the property. It was my moms house who had died after 50 years living there, and all I could do was wish she could of seen how great JoDene made it look. It sold fast at a fair price she helped us establish. I was in Colorado the whole time, so she did 110% of the Job. She is always positive, and professional. Not to mention she thinks nothing of moving a piece of furniture on her own. Your lucky to have her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Susan and Bob Dockery
