When we decided we wanted to move to the Sarasota area from Connecticut, we began to do research on the real estate market and quickly learned that we needed a local agent knowledgeable of the area as well as someone that would spend the necessary time with us to show us around and educate us on the housing market. We also knew that we weren’t ready to make a fast decision – rather our process took place over a multi-year series of visits to the area. We knew that we needed an agent that would be patient with us as we learned the area and made the big decision to move from where we’ve lived our entire adult lives to a new community. Although there are many real estate agents in our area to choose from, I cannot recommend Lorraine more highly as a truly outstanding realtor and person. Dawn's terrific! We have been searching for a FL home for quite a while. Dawn stayed the course in spite of our discouragement along the way. She is positive & willing to show us many homes and never pushed. She knows her market, is informative, and is so caring well beyond the real estate realm! We will recommend her to many. She does all she can to make the process swift, fair, and uncomplicated, explaining the processes with which we were unfamiliar. Dawn is a breath of fresh air!! We began working with David in January/February of 2019 as we began our search in earnest for our Sarasota, Florida residence. David provided a wealth of knowledge and experience for our community of choice (Heritage Oaks). We wore the poor man out looking at numerous potential dwellings, but he remained patient and attentive to our frequent inquiries. As a good agent should, David kept providing properties of interest even as we returned to Indiana. When we happened upon a unit that we wanted to see, he set things up in our specified time frame for my wife to fly down and tour what turned out to be our new Florida home. We feel that David was more than a real estate agent for us...he became a friend that we hope to see again when we return for our winter stays. We cannot say enough about David's professionalism in all of our dealings from our introduction through the closing process.
