We were first exposed to Michael Saunders & Company on the sale of our property on N. Manasota Key. We found Terri very professional and PATIENT with a difficult buyer. We ended up #18 on your list of sold properties for 2018. We appreciated Terri's help in making it happen. We bought the lot in The Oaks on November 16, 2018. Unfortunately, we found The Oaks building process to be overly complex and not time-driven. We made the decision to put the lot back on the market and seek other housing. We immediately turned to Nora Johnson and her partner Klaus Lang given they had sold the property, had the lot next to it listed and sold the lot next to that lot. They were very familiar with the property. They represented me flawlessly and I was impressed with Klaus Lang's help seeking out new properties for us to consider. He was a tireless worker. Janet Carter, as the assistant to their team, was fantastic. Too often an unsung, underappreciated job, which becomes the glue that holds it all together. We now are having a home built by Taylor Morrison, in their new development, Legacy Estates, in Palmer Ranch off Honoree. We hope to be in on or before June of 2020.

It is our pleasure to inform you that our agents, Beth Ann and Nancy, were both extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field including their insights regarding the real estate industry. I have been working with agent Phil Pisano for the past year while in-search for a home in Sarasota. My wife and I live in Boston and purchased a second home, so much of our communication was through phone and email. Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond giving advice on different areas around the City, FaceTime’ing different showings, check out the property for us, making himself incredibly available AND flexible when we traveled down from Boston and then regularly communicating throughout the entire project on the townhouse we selected that took several months to get built. I can appreciate that there is a lot of work for an agent before a house even gets selected let-alone closes. I truly believe Phil listened to what we wanted and put our interests as top priority while selecting a home that fits our needs in an area that was perfect. Phyllis has been working with my wife’s parents for years and they have always been happy with her work. We bought a home from a production builder, and with Teresa and myself both being in the construction industry, and it never crossed my mind that we would really need a Realtor in this transaction. Boy was I wrong! Phyllis provided us support in the Finish Selection process and since we were out of town buyers, she would drive by the house and send us periodic updates which were appreciated. Our lender was terrible and the process from accepting the loan to closing was harder than it needed to be. The day before the closing the lender said he would not be able to close; Teresa called Phyllis and Phyllis made it happen. Phyllis used her experience and her contacts to pull off a miracle and we closed as scheduled. I appreciate the integrity and professionalism Phyllis showed us throughout the transaction and we will always recommend her to others because she got the job done for her customers, which is more the exception than the rule in today’s society.

I met Elizabeth when I first moved here to Sarasota from CA where I myself sold Real Estate for many years... I’ve since stayed in touch with her and it’s been terrific to know her. Though I have not been represented by her I must say if I needed it she might be the number one person I’ve met here. I think she is fantastic, she’s got style and taste and knows her stuff!

Magda was wonderful to work with. She was friendly (even huggable) yet very professional! She knew what was available, showed us the homes we wanted to see, answered all our questions, and was always accessible to respond to our questions. She was prompt for meetings. She handled the closing since we were unable to be there for the closing. She made good recommendations when we asked for advice or for services. She understood what we were looking for and was so very valuable in finding what we wanted!
