When my husband and I were faced with selling our beloved condo unexpectedly, we contacted Heidi Cox in your Lakewood Ranch office. We still had the brochure with her contact information from when we purchased. She was our first call and she was terrific. It was an excellent decision! She remembered the property and had good insights to aid our sale. Heidi hit the ground running with advice on clearing things out and un-personalizing our home. She really had a great eye to update the property and expedite the sale. She even helped me paint on a Sunday! Heidi’s staging was so fantastic that she inspired the decor in our new home!We had offers immediately due to the excellent presentation/pictures. Once we accepted an offer, Heidi was amazing managing our expectations. There was a complication with the buyers' mortgage company and the condo association/management company. Heidi stayed on top of it and kept us posted. In the end, she even led the buyer to a different mortgage company that had had success with other property in our community. It was a long and nerve-racking process! We are so grateful to Heidi and all the supporting staff! Selling a home can be very stressful being a single female but with Cindy on my side, she answered all questions with honesty and gave me exceptional advise on selling my home which I had lived in for over 13 years. She was always having open houses on Sundays rain or shine with a smile and always with a positive attitude. My job was to be patient and Cindy did the rest. Ralph and Megg were fantastic. Ralph is kind of funny too! My sisters and I were out of state sellers, and the Faillace team kept us in the loop and took care of any and all issues that came up while we were working to sell our Mother's condo from Texas. My wife, Jessica, and I met Janis while looking for our first home in Sarasota. We were so impressed with her professionalism, work ethic and tenacity that we have since had multiple transactions with her and would not think of working with anyone else. The most recent sale and purchase also involved her husband, Ron, working with her. What a dynamic duo they are - you simply know that you are getting the best effort and service from this team. We just closed on a very unique home in Longboat Key, thanks in large part to Stacy Liljeberg. Stacy was constantly working to (1) understand our needs and desires in a new home and (2) be there to help us through the purchase and closing process. We were impressed with Stacy's knowledge of the Longboat/Sarasota area, including resources after the sale. But most important to us was Stacy's direct professional approach to being our advocate and support through the entire event. Laura was both professional and personal throughout the process. We sensed she truly cared to find the right buyer for our home. She was easily accessible and communicated clearly throughout the process. She did all the right things and made the home selling/buying experience the least stressful it could be. I just adore Suki!! My husband and I when we first met her we new she was the right girl for us. She is a lovely person and a very knowledgeable person when it comes to real state. We feel she completely got us and what we wanted on a home and found it for us. She’s become a great friend and I’m grateful for meeting and working with Suki!!!.
