Adam is great. He is very professional and very quick to our inquiries and needs. As we are international families, Adam helped us find the property perfect for our needs and helped us move in and settle down as quickly as possible before school starts. we speak Chinese, he tried his best about language barrier and help us set up utility bills etc as we are new to the States. Overall very reliable and highly recommended to others

My family and I moved to Sarasota in June 2019. We didn't know anyone. Tammy was recommended to us by my in-laws. We are so thankful that she has been willing to work with us. She has been professional and gracious during the entire process. She always provided valuable insight and advice. I asked a lot of questions ranging from construction methods to future development in Sarasota County and Tammy answered them all accurately. She responded to our inquiries within minutes or hours. Just recently we closed on our fifth transaction with Diane as our realtor. We sold our house this past April. Out of the five transactions, this was the most challenging and stressful. Diane kept it all together while assuring us along the way. Diane is one of a kind. She is always available when needed. She is highly professional and we can always count on her. Diane is kind and thoughtful and after the 10 years we have been working with her, we consider her a friend as well as my realtor.
